Head Cook/ Kitchen Manager:
The head cook will oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen and be able to manage, lead, motivate and develop the team. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, planning for limited menu, ordering, preparing, cooking, presenting food, and managing food and labor budgets. Responsible for, in collaboration with the operations manager, the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the small food service staff. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures and all applicable laws and regulations. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, collaborating with operations manager in interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, delegating, and directing work; appraising performance; disciplinary action with employees; addressing both guest and colleagues’ complaints; and resolving problems. The meal is table service with a 4-entrée menu. Most weeks will have only  5 performances with food, with one seating at a time. Please email a cover letter with your resume, to [email protected] . TICKET OFFICE: 
We need customer-oriented people to assist patrons with reservations! Candidates must possess good computer knowledge and customer service skills. Currently seeking parttime employees available to work days, evenings and weekends. 

​ DISHWASHERS: 
Dishwashers are needed to help during and after meal service. Must be available for shifts on Wednesdays during the day and/or evening, Friday & Saturday evenings & Sunday mid-afternoon through early evenings.

BOOTLEGGERS: 
Do you love singing & dancing? Do you want to be a member of one of the only performing wait staffs in the country? If so, we are casting Bootleggers!  The Circa ’21 Bootleggers come together on stage prior to every performance to perform a 12-15 minute musical revue preshow, written, directed and produced by The Bootleggers themselves.  Must be 21 or older.  Food Handler Certification and BASSETT Certification are needed within 30 days of employment. KITCHEN HELP: 
Kitchen help is needed for food runners and prep helpers. Workers help plate and run food during dinner. Must be available to work late afternoons, evenings and weekends. Food Handler Certification is needed within 30 days of employment.

COSTUME SHOP: 
Seeking experienced stitchers to help build the costumes on a per-show basis. Experience with home sewing machines necessary and industrial sewing machines preferred. Able to take construction direction and have experience with a variety of fabrics and theatrical construction techniques. Other duties may include pulling items from stock, polishing/dying shoes, hand sewing, labeling costume pieces, repairs of costume pieces, alterations of existing pieces, etc. Working from home is also a possibility for certain projects.​

CHANGEOVER CREW:  
Crew members are needed for the show changeovers between shows. Must be 18 or over, with proof of health insurance. Help needed in areas such as dismantling and loading scenery; unloading and assembling scenery; rigging scenery to fly; hanging and focusing lights; and much more.
